show you the price, the size and a short description. Click on “add to shopping cart”
if you wish to purchase the piece.
When you are finished adding to your shopping cart, click on Order

Taxes . .
. Orders sent to addresses in Illinois will be charged
9.25% sales tax.

Many pieces are designed with one-of-a-kind components. We will contact you with any changes or
delays.
Items are shipped within one week of order, if all components
are in stock. Order early during the holidays – I will be working shows, and heavy
mail volume may be a problem.

We collect any and all components we
love, and design pieces using those components – sterling silver, gold-fill,
vintage metals, Swarovski crystal, freshwater pearl and semi-precious stones.
Hand
crafted charms are important
components in my pieces. Charms consist of individual beads
layered to create tiny works of art!
You
may see Swarovski crystal listed in
the descriptions. Swarovski is precision
cut Austrian crystal.
Since we
design and make each piece, we are happy to customize pieces or make size changes --

Gifts, Gift Certificates, and the Wish List . . .
You may wish to send a gift with a personal message. The order form offers you that
opportunity. Just complete the gift
address and the message box, and we will send a complimentary greeting card
along with your gift.

The Wish List is a valuable tool!
It allows you to choose your favorite pieces, and make them available to
those who may wish to give them to you!
Back Orders . . .
Items may be back-ordered if
components are not in stock. We will
contact you if this happens.
Returns or Exchanges . . .
Pieces may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the date
of purchase. The pieces must be returned
unworn. A refund will be issued for the
price of the piece plus applicable sales tax.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy . . .
We respect your right to privacy. All client names and addresses are
confidential. We do not share, sell or lease
any client information. We collect and
store your name, address and other basic information to fulfill and invoice
your online orders.
Security . . .
Credit card information is saved in our database, and can only
be accessed by password. Credit card
information is not sent in e-mails. If
you are uncomfortable with this level of security, you may wish to use –
